I wonder if these are the new or older ones? If it is what is pictured it is the older PMags, not the new M Pmags.

Either of which are perfect to use.

I dunno. Midway just got them in stock. I got an email from them, and passed it on to my GIM-homies.

How are the "new improved, whiter whites" M Pmags different from the old, dirty, dull PMags?

Shows all the differences between the two. The old design is as good as the new design IMO.

I was just looking at that website before you posted your reply.

I've only got half a dozen or so PMags (along with bunches of mil-spec AR mags), so I don't plan on buying more right now anyway.

I suspect the newer generation PMags are improved somehow. How, I don't know. I DO like the windows in the PMags I've got, though.

Thanks for the link. Ordered 10 of these.

I must say their service is excellent. They've already shipped the package and it's only been a few hours.

They are all gone now - I have been waiting since December- checking almost every day - except yesterday of course !!!:mad_m:
I got some 30's and some 20's at Copes last week (for $1 higher) and a few C-products from T-Gun for $9 ea the week before so I think I'm good but I would like to get a few OD & DE.
Since Midway has bee out of PMags for 5 months, they gotta be the new variety.

You can sign up for an email notification from MidwayUSA when an out of stock item becomes "in stock". That's how I learned about the PMags.

Re: MagPul Black PMags at MidwayUSA

I DO have alerts on them - just not the black ones. I've gone round and round with them on several email notifications... they don't work for me. I got several for different products - only to immediaty go to buy and they would be 'out of stock'. Most of them say something like 'as of 6:45am today we received bla bla bla.." and I would get the email anywhere from 12pm to 7 pm and I assumed they were all sold out by the time I get it. But then on a few items I saw them listed as in-stock the NEXT day so I thought they might be sending out the email BEFORE they had them inventoried and I was getting to the website before they were made available.

Thats when I started checking the web page several times a day. I found several interesting variations. When you go thru their menu system you can get to completly different pages for the same item. I found the same mag out of stock page with 2 different 'expected delivery date' listings. I have going to the long list of mags where it says out of stock and drilled in to the detail page and there was the 'add to cart' button - I added 3 and they were shipped that day even though the main page said out of stock. I have also seen where they indicate they are in stock and I try to order and it keeps resetting my quanity to 0 - even though the detail page said they were available. I have saved the page link to my desktop to quickly go check their status and have found that they will update the due date to be in-stock by creating a new web page but leave the old one still active.
I have found I can't rely on Midways notification system so I check often and in different paths to the same information, I keep a running wish list so that when I do find something and want to jump on it, I have enough other things I can add to the order to help cut the shipping and fill the box.

clear as mud?

Sounds like a screwed up inventory/order handling website. Weird, very weird!

About 45 minutes ago, MidwayUSA sent me an email saying that OD PMags were back in stock ( http://www.midwayusa.com/eproductpag...eitemid=312830 ). By the time I checked, they were back OUT OF STOCK.

I guess they just get 1 or 2 mags in at a time.
